Meditate Like A Monk 

Every year, I return to the mountains of Himachal, India, to meditate with Buddhist monks—a tradition I’ve followed for most of my life. These retreats are more than a getaway; they’re a reset. Immersed in nature and silence, I learn from those who have mastered the art of stillness and presence. This depth of practice shapes every session I offer. Whether I’m guiding a corporate team or working with a school group, I bring the same grounded, mindful energy—blending ancient wisdom with practical tools that help people slow down, reset, and reconnect to what truly matters.
